Sensational Sydney
The capital city of New South Wales

Sydney, a city that was discovered in 1788 and built with the blood sweat and tears from our first settlers, now home to more than 4 million people. A city of lights, sky scrapers, a building with sails and a bridge in the shape of a coat hanger. These famous icons are not just landmarks, but the heart of Sydney.
Standing along the harbour you feel surrounded by history, as the light from a hot summer day slowly filters away and night slowly begins to creep in. The busy sounds of life are all around you, buses below, traffic above and ferries hurrying out of Circular Quay in every direction taking people home.
For a city that is youthful in age compared to most, Sydney feels alive, fresh and bursting with atmosphere. In the late hours of night it is only the lights that shine bright over the water and the odd car horn can be heard in the distance. It is a city at peace that rests and gets ready for a new and busy day.
